Job Description:
The candidate should be able to:
1 Demonstrate passion for technology.
2 Understand the business requirements and translate them into tasks required to implement the requirement.
3 Implement the requirements using Javascript and related frameworks being used by the project.
4 Research and choose the best technical implementation possible for a given task within the specified time limit.
5 Estimate fairly accurately the time required by a particular task.
6 Brainstorm to foresee the various technical dependencies and risks involved and escalate them in time

Experience Level: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Skills Required
1 An all-round programmer with super strong understanding of web application architectures and patterns for both client and server.
2 Strong programming skills using Javascript. Should have rock solid concepts in Object Oriented Javascript.
3 Should have super strong clarity on OOPS concepts and should have worked in classical development platforms e.g. JAVA,.NET extensively
4 Should have worked extensively on popular Javascript frameworks such as jQuery.
5 Should be a killer debugger.
6 Should be able to make necessary CSS tweaks.
7 Super strong communication skills.
8 Self driven and a team player.

Nice to have skills
1 Exposure to server side java scripting using NodeJS is a very strong positive.
2 Exposure to HTML5.
3 Exposure to mobile (iphone/ipad/android) web development frameworks is a strong positive.
4 Exposure to JavaScript MVC framework such as EmberJS, BackboneJS or AngularJS.
5 Exposure to MongoDB or other NOSQL databases.
6 Exposure to task estimation and planning
