Strong Knowledge on Windows XP, Windows 7 and desktop Management Infrastructure .Certified Professional on SCCM and Windows 7
Strong knowledge on Design, Suggest and Implement windows 7 and 8 imaging /deployment /configuration infrastructure to enable stakeholders to understand functional / technical requirements.
Design and configure Windows 7 and 8 deployment solution for medium and large infrastructures.
Design and implement SCCM 2012 /MDT infrastructure
Design and implement User State Migration tool
Design and implement device encryption solution for laptops
Design implement Application compatibility Testing infrastructure and support application readiness for Windows 7 Migration.
Develop detailed procedures for Windows 7 migration support, triage and break-fix tasks for incidents to follow and review trends to identify opportunities for service improvements and cost savings.
