Job Description

* Extensive experience in Java and Adobe Flex .
* Experience design and development of features for products
* Experience in Iterative development methodology. 
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills 
* Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills. 
* Ability to understand and appropriately respond to customer needs . 
* Experience in development of features for products in Java/Flex technology. 
* Has an architectural view to design and provide solutions to meet scalable future needs .
* Experience in designing, estimating, implementing complex features. 
* Acquire domain and product knowledge. Understand the feature requirements for the release.
* Design solution with understanding of the product framework. Sound coding and testing skills .
* Articulate queries, suggestion and actively participate in client calls. Knowledge on version control tools.
* Flexible work time. Demonstrate initiative, independence, and willingness to learn. 
* Be conversant with emerging technologies
* Minimum 1+ years of overall development experience
