Job Decription for Senior Associate: 
1. Over 6 - 7 years of strong experience on JavaScript/Ajax/JAVA, HTML5 based projects 
2. Should have a minimum of one year experience in mobile development using HTML5 and JQuery/Senchatouch 
3. At least one application should be available in app store 
4. Track record of leading projects end to end and minimum of teams size of 5 
5. Strong Object Oriented Programming concepts, SOA experience, REST is a must 
6. Knowledge of Design patterns 
7. Web services working knowledge is must 
8. Strong development experience on Linux/Windows systems.
