Position : Software Architect/ Sr Software Architect
Location : Chennai
Qualification : Any degree
Experience : 4 to 6 yrs


Job Description:

Responsibilities:
* To building world class mobile ad platform from ground zero by leading a team of exceptionally smart people.
* Design the core architecture of the platform.
* Develop the platform by self coding and through team.
* Manage delivery with stringent quality testing.
* Hire, build and inspire team.
* Work closely with product and business team to understand the requirements.
* Weave the unique culture of company among the team.
Requirements - Technical:
* 4 to 6 years of work experience in building market places such as digital advertising
(web/mobile), financial trading, of which minimum 2 to 3 years in companies engaged in building digital advertising market place.
* Exceptional coding skills in one of the following C++, Java, PHP, Perl, Python.
* Deep experience in Unix/Linux.
* Knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem - HDFS, MapReduce, Pig/Hive, Hbase desired.
* B.E. in Computer Science must, post graduation would be preferred.
* Strong algorithms, data structures and coding background.
* Experience in building high-performance, large-scale and reliable platform.

* Team player.
* Attitude for getting things done.
* Strong sense of ownership & commitment.
* Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
* Ability to work in a fast paced, unstructured start-up environment.
