skills:- 

- Strong experience in Asp.NET, C# applications is a must 
- Good experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS and JQuery is a must
- Good hands on writing SQL Server Stored Procedures is a must
- Knowledge on ASP.NET AJAX is a must
- ASP.NET MVC experience is a plus
- Should have worked on web services, Design patterns
- Should be good in Design and Web development/Object oriented programming.
- Should have knowledge on application framework like MS Application blocks, WCSF, MVC, AJAX
- Proven experience on Software Development Life Cycle Processes
- Experience of source control tools
- Strong logical and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in translating Functional specs into Technical designs
- Be a key mentor to improve functional and technical skills of team members who need the knowledge
