Position: Java Developer

looking for a good Java resource with experience in ePub scripts, and with the following qualifications.

Good command over Java and experience in usage of this in ePub
Good experience in Java,HTML5 & CSS3
An attitude to dig deep and find solutions - instead of waiting for a requirement document
An attitude to follow the industry closely and learn - should be willing to be a programmer/ leader 
Ability to train and motivate a small team of freshers.
