Role:- Sr. Developer/ Specialist - Product Development ( JAVA UI)
Position Responsibilities :-
This position will work on developing / enhancing the UI of a Java based compliance solution on Employee Code of Ethics. The person would be responsible for developing new UI functionalities of the product and needs to be able to analyze the requirements and develop a clean and complete functionality. He / she will be working closely with the Senior Manager - Product Development, and should be capable of handling tasks assigned, independently. He / she should be conversent in working in the offshore / onsite delivery model and posses excellent communication skills.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:
*Participate in the entire SDLC process
*Design and code web pages based on functional requirements
*Create stored procedures for business logic
*Document technical specification and unit tests
*Deploy the software for QA and UAT
*Bug fixes and enhancements 
*Ability to manage time efficiently on product driven deadlines

Position Requirements Skills:-
BE / B. Tech or MCA 
*3 - 7 years of relevant professional experience
*Experience in Core Java / J2EE
*Experience in Struts/Hibernate 
*Exposure to JSP / Servlets
*Adept in designing web pages using Javascript, HTML / CSS
* Working knowledge of SQL in fetching data on web pages
*Willingness and ability to learn on the job and explore new technologies
*Provide creative solutions to complex problems, and the confidence to participate and contribute in a fast-paced organization
