Job Description	Responsibilities: 1. Development of custom integrations, reporting solutions, data migrations and other engineering projects for various Kenexa clients. 2. Creating technical specifications and documentation. 3. Supporting client design and development efforts. 4. Working in an integrated global delivery team. 5. Work on Internal automation engagements to accelerate project delivery. 6. Strong Software development requirement. Required Skills - Technical and Non Technical 1. Strong technical experience in .NET and SQL Server web technologies, including working with client development teams, participating in joint development and working with client dependencies. 2. At least 3 years of experience as a developer or software engineer. 3. Excellent communication skills internally and externally. 4. Deep knowledge of at least some of the following technologies. a. C# b. ASP (.NET) c. SQL 2008 (including SQL Server) d. XML e. .NET 5. Strong knowledge in Integration protocols (HTTPS, Web- Services, FTP). 6. Deep experience with the development tools, particularly Visual Studio. 7. Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, MS Project and common development tools. 8. Bachelors degree or higher (computer science, engineering or business preferred but not necessary).
