* General tools - Dashboard generation & Reporting Tools, Microsoft Office Tools, SAP, CASE Tools, Database server Tools 
* System Administration - Application hosting, Web server knowledge, Windows & Linux OS 
* Network & Security - Data driven interfaces & FTP services, File processing, Understanding of Security Algorithms
