Roles and Responsibilities :
Consistently demonstrate ability to exceed the requirements of Senior Website Developer/Engineer & should be in a position to Lead a team
Min 5+ Years of relevant industry experience. 
Good knowledge of the Website development lifecycle and the process tools. 
Sound knowledge of Resource estimation technique 
Good knowledge of design patterns 
Sound industry trends awareness. 
Sound communication skills. 
Sound interpersonal and team working skills. 
Easily adoptable to company culture.
HTML 4.1, XHTML 1.0, HTML 5, XML, SQL (added advantage).
DIV + CSS (Table less html) based liquid layout technique.
CSS 1.0, CSS 2.0 (preferred), CSS 3.0 (added advantage).
Working knowledge of JavaScript.
Experience with Content Management Systems (Joomla, TeamSite, CQ5[added advantage] etc.)
Working experience with content / document management on SharePoint
Working knowledge of Website Analytics.
Should have working knowledge of graphic editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Fireworks).
Good working experience on Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of SEO, Site Analysis, and Site Optimization will be added advantage

Skills :
Looking for people who would have worked in content management, CMS, HTML, Java, campaign management, basic photoshop. So that he can understand the skill the team is working on
People management, handling a team of 7 - 14 people

Shift timings: 12 pm - 9.30 pm
Project management - understanding of different steps involved. Just knowledge on this is fine
