Should be strong in J2EE design concepts and able to deliver by incorporating the right design and development standards. 
Should possess excellent communication skills and able to articulate the requirements and design clearly. 
As a senior developer, he/she should be responsible for analysing and providing the feasible system architecture solution and drive the team in best coding practices and focus on the system performance improvement strategies.
